My Philosophy
Yoga has been part of my life for more than 20 years. My grandfather practiced yoga and introduced me to it when I was still a child, and somehow this practice has stayed with me ever since — first as something personal, and later as my work, my path, and something I truly want to share with others.
I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, with two certifications completed in Ukraine in 2021 and further teacher training completed in Spain in 2025. Today I teach both online and offline, create yoga practices and tutorials for independent practice, and organize retreats.
I believe yoga should not belong only to people who are naturally flexible, have hours to spend on the mat, or can build their whole life around spiritual practice. My approach is about bringing ancient yoga teachings into modern life — into a world of busy schedules, constant information, social media, noise, and endless scrolling.
For me, yoga is a way to come back to yourself. To slow down enough to hear your own voice, to understand what you really want and where you are going, and to separate your own desires from the expectations placed on you by the outside world.
At the same time, yoga is deeply physical. Through movement, breath, strength, flexibility, and awareness, we can take better care of the body, sleep better, feel more balanced, build resilience, and simply feel better in everyday life.
My purpose as a teacher is simple: to help as many people as possible find their way back to themselves — through the body, the breath, and the practice of yoga.
