Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Satory World Trade OÜ (registry code 16114390), Järvevana tee 9, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia (“Satori”, “we”, “us”), and govern your use of the Satori Yoga Coach mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Satori Yoga Coach offers a library of video yoga practices, a personal 4-week plan built from your onboarding answers, and an AI-assisted coach that adapts each day's practice and answers your questions in a chat. Some features are free (the practice library); the personal plan and coach are part of the paid Satori Coach subscription, available after a free trial.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You may sign up with an e-mail address and password or with Google / Apple sign-in. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide truthful onboarding information — the plan is only as good as what you tell us. You can update it in the app.
• One account per person; accounts are personal and not transferable.

3. Subscription, trial and payments

• Free trial. New accounts receive a 10-day free trial of Satori Coach starting at sign-up. No payment details are required for the trial. When it ends, the paid features pause until you subscribe; the practice library stays available.
• Plans. Satori Coach is offered as a monthly or an annual subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency, and may vary by country.
• Billing. Subscriptions are purchased through, and billed by, the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by the app stores according to their policies. Where required by law (for example EU consumer rights), statutory withdrawal rights apply.
• Price changes. If we change the price, we will tell you in advance; the change applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Restore. If you reinstall or change device, use “Restore purchase” to recover an active subscription.

4. The AI coach

The Satori Coach uses a large language model to choose practices and reply to your messages. It is designed to be supportive and cautious, but it can make mistakes and does not know your medical history beyond what you type. Its replies are wellness guidance, not diagnosis or treatment. Do not rely on the coach in an emergency — contact local emergency services. We may review conversations to improve safety and quality; see the Privacy Policy.

5. Content and licence

• All videos, texts, graphics, plans, the coach's replies, trademarks and the Satori name and logo belong to Satori or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and its content for your own, non-commercial practice.
• You may not copy, record, download (other than in-app caching), redistribute, publicly perform, sell or create derivative works from any content, nor teach classes using our videos.
• Anything you write to the coach remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to operate the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access other users' data or our systems without authorisation; reverse-engineer, scrape or bulk-download the Service; use the coach to generate harmful, unlawful or abusive content; impersonate anyone; or interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Health and safety — your responsibility

• Yoga involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury. You confirm that you are in a physical condition that allows you to participate, and that you have consulted a professional if you have any doubt.
• Follow the instructor's cues, use appropriate props and a safe space, and never push through pain.
• If you feel unwell during a practice, stop immediately. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.
• By using the Service you accept these risks and release Satori, its instructors and staff from claims arising from your practice to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee any particular result — flexibility, weight, sleep or mood outcomes vary from person to person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satori is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or personal injury arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this ends these Terms (except sections that by nature survive, such as 5, 8 and 11). We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Active subscriptions are governed by the app store's refund rules.

10. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We keep improving the Service and may add, change or retire features. If we make material changes to these Terms we will notify you in the app at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept them. If you disagree, you may cancel and stop using the Service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia, or the courts of your place of residence where consumer law so provides. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
